pretty standard, I see this a lot. He's just a pure gambler. Im guessing his stats were like 90/40/.3 or 78/10/1. He's just fucking around doing random shit. I'd probably just open shove 77+ and Ax on him every hand and just collect a few stacks until he's done.

Also the habitual 3 street minbettor i've usually found to be like just any pair. They enter a pot with 53o and the board comes AT5, they just minbet all 3 streets for no particular reason.
