What could I do to improve sleeping? I sometimes have difficulties going to bed because I just wanna stay up and do shit. If I could I'd love to turn my brain off at like 9:30 pm and just wake up at like 6 am.

take benedryl until you get into a new rhythm

sigh...its like they are throwing money out of a helicopter and i dont have any hands...so i just break even.

If you want to go the natural route then go to your local health store and get some melatonin. It's the hormone that regulates your circadian rhythm and is a good natural way to get a better night's sleep. It sort of kick-starts that drowsiness you need before sleep. Side effects are nausea, headaches, depression but very rare.

If it becomes a serious problem go to your local GP and ask to be put on stilnox or something similar.

For the last 3 days my left eyelid has twitched every once in a while throughout the day. I can't do anything to stop it - it's not a massive twitch but it is unnerving.

How do I get rid of it?
