What could I do to improve sleeping? I sometimes have difficulties going to bed because I just wanna stay up and do shit. If I could I'd love to turn my brain off at like 9:30 pm and just wake up at like 6 am. |

If you want to go the natural route then go to your local health store and get some melatonin. It's the hormone that regulates your circadian rhythm and is a good natural way to get a better night's sleep. It sort of kick-starts that drowsiness you need before sleep. Side effects are nausea, headaches, depression but very rare.
If it becomes a serious problem go to your local GP and ask to be put on stilnox or something similar. |

For the last 3 days my left eyelid has twitched every once in a while throughout the day. I can't do anything to stop it - it's not a massive twitch but it is unnerving.
How do I get rid of it? |
