My last blog I talked about moving up to PLO25 from PLO10 because I was running terribly at PLO10. I decided not to "move up" but I did take a couple shots over the last few days. I think it's possible that people at PLO25 play worse than people at PLO10. They play so incredibly bad it's hard to imagine. I'm up like 5 buy ins in 200 hands compared to down 10 buyins over the last 2 weeks in PLO10. Of course I'm running extremely good in PLO25 and extremely poor in PLO10, but the skill of my opponents still seems much lower at PLO25.

Hand 1 - How on earth do you flat on the turn with the nuts out of position! WTF
Hand 2 - How do you not raise that flop with the nuts with all that action in front of you? Letting 2 other people see the turn on that board without a raise is pretty ridiculous. Even if you're trying to pot control to give yourself fold equity, that's only useful if you actually fold when you get outdrawn.

For startes omaha at every site at every stake is full of fish. anything bellow omaha 200 is just insane (omaha1/2 HU, rapes my souls +_+ ) U'll always get into this kind of bizarre spots.
Regarding ur omaha 25 hands, Those are just standard shove on the flop EZ. Ur winnings are just the offsrpings of variance. Dont move up, take ur winninngs and invest them at omaha 10 and be patient. U are gonna destroy ur bankroll if u don't do so, im playing with 80 buy ins and I bearly feel comfortable.
I know how cool it is to have a downswing for dyas str8 at a level and the just make it all back in a few hands moving up. What u really need to understand is that u could and will run as poor as u run in omaha 10 and u could have destroyed all ur hard work in a few mins. Trust me I have been ther 1 too many times. |

this very well said, that being said, these 'texas tourists' will put more money in rather than fold so there will be more showdowns, thus suckouts. |
