Ok, so i was playing cash tables at microstakes .01/.02 and it was time to sleep so i was just waiting the last hands 1 spot before i have to pay the big blind and if i didnt get anything good i was closing the tables, suddenly i get a 55, a guy reraises to .06, so i just pay to c the flop, and the flop came 258rainbow, NICE! i flopped a set...

Then the guy raised again i dont remember but really small raise, so i reraised and he went all-in, i pay ofc, i was thinking in AA,KK,QQ but he had JJ, ok no problem...8 on the turn, 8 on the river... WHAT THE F!!!
258 8 8 =( i mean when i saw the 8 on turn was like YEAAA FULL HOUSE BABY! but then i was -_____________-

you should become so accustomed to it that you just move to the next hand Obviously this is optimal.

I'm not quite there yet. If its online its much easier to deal with because usually its just one hand out of the 600 I'll play for the hour. Playing live its one hand out of the 22 I'll be playing for the hour, lol. So I get really quiet and just like wtf fml.

Anyway, you should really learn to just accept the beats and move on.

I expect it to happen, so the real question should be, how do you act when you dont get sucked out on.

Just use it as your bad beat story you tell. Just change the stakes to like 2/4 or something when you tell it.

stop try to blame your jerk off frequency on your beats

OP this wouldn't have happened if you yelled HOLD when you got the money in. I have to do it all the time on iPoker otherwise I would never win a pot.

I usually slam my desk to the point where I nearly break my pinky finger... roommate understands that its completely normal to hear loud bangs, explosions, and crashes coming from my room. This is all stemmed from poker. I need a drink.

nothing wrong with giving yourself a little "bad beat" to clear your mind

True about iPoker...i used to spam "HOLD" in the chat in all-in situations. Then they disabled all-in chat
