Another good small session today, keep it up. Im running good, hope it holds on. Also improved my game a lot, finally seem to have my discipline under control again.

Maybe I can turn this month around into a good one after all .

Todays session:

Also played some SNG's, they're really fun and so fucking soft lol. But need a larger sample size to see how I am really doing. People get really way too tight in the late stages of the turbo, and you can abuse them so good by pushing a lot.

Got an Omaha question as well : How swingy is the game in general, compared to NLHE?

variance is like twice as big as in NL, typical tags in NL have a variance of 40BB/100H and 80BB/100H in omaha.
the funny thing is that the swinginess of a game doesn't only depend on the deviation, but on your edge, which is the ratio of your deviation by your winrate - that's why some sick good hu players manage to have low swings bankroll curve, cause they have a huge winrate despite of their big deviation.

As far as I'm concerned, i tend to earn more in PLO than in NL, and though, this is less swingy... But i also studied the game a lot. So i can't say.
