i want to withdraw 12$ from PS to moneybookers but i got this message:
Does it mean i will only get 10.63$ on my moneybookers account once it's done?
I dont get it...why?
What does "1.37$ is the remaining balance, for which you have the following payment options" is meaning?
I dont understand.
I thought PS>moneybookers had zero fee...
Please enlight me

did you deposit $10.63 using money bookers? if you did, you have to take out via whatever method you depositted with up until you have matched your total deposit, the remaining balance you can take out however you like.

I believe the first (10.63) is the amount you once deposited and you have no options where to cashout it - it has to be MB. The rest (1.37) can be transfered either to MB or somewhere else...
voodoo it's not fee, you have deposited some amount on PS throught moneybookers, for example you deposit 100$, then you play and win another 50$ and you want to withrawal them all, PS will give you this message, and it's that you will get 100$ instantly (because you deposited them) and 50$ after PS accept the withdrawal (it takes max about 48 hours, but i get money in 1 hour every time i withdrawal).
