NL25 has been going well, I went through a pretty bad downswing, found I was playing overly aggressive at the end of the downswing and made some necessary changes (was raising drawing hands utg and utg+1 which was giving my cbets less credibility which was giving my bluffs less credibility, also ran into a few set over sets, tptk on very drawy boards vs mid sets in 3bet pots, etc. So i cut out alot of the drawing hands to re-establish more credibility and have been giving myself a 2 bi stop loss, if i drop 2 bi, quit for 5 minutes to an hour and come back and play again, this way i don't dig myself too deep while playing poorly or running poorly or a combination, especially since I run 14-24 tables at all times)

I also cut out most of the hero calling, and have been looking at my hourly rate ($25.66 atm) much more so than ever before. This, combined with playing on over 50 buy-ins is giving me the comfort to play tilt-free poker, and stay logical in my decision making process.

After analyzing my game and making some changes, I continued to play my best, I stayed even for around 1-2k hands before I started to swing back up again.

Heres my chart of NL25 6max so far;

And my chart of NL25 so far;

I plan on playing the monthly 100k today and the weekly 20k, as mentioned earlier, if i mention a tournament before playing it then there will be no $25 pay-out for playing in it.

Its taken me a little time getting used to being a 6max player again, its been over 15 months since I've been consistently a 6max player.

I'm feeling much more comfortable everyday at 6max though, and am very eager to hit 2k so I can move up to NL50.

Hopefully another 10-25k hands and I'll be there.

GL LP,
Ryan

Avoid Fast tables (more time/more tables/more money)

Fast tables lead to worse decisions, and the dredded folding aces cuz you took an extra second making a decision on a different table

I've played around 19k hands of 6max in around 4 days of play, and a few thousand at FR the day before that

I'm pretty sure FR is more profitable for me at the moment, but 6max will be more profitable in the long run up the limits, so I'm going to focus on 6max now and perfect my game there as much as possible so I can continue to be a winner there at higher limits
