Ah, I hardly played at all this weekend. I took it pretty easy and played like 1.3k hands, only playing one hour yesterday. Its cool though. I feel a bit refreshed and I am in pretty up beat spirits seeing as how.. yes, its only nl10.. but god damn, my red line is ABOVE zero! WTF? Check it out:

I'm playing realllly tight too so I'm not sure what's up. I have definitely relaxed a bit and have cut down my post-flop spew hugely, but I'm not sure how my non-showdown winnings are still +. I have hardly bluffed at all, seeing as how I've totally gotten over trying to do that at these stakes  . Either I'm hitting like every single flop and not realizing it, or I'm subconciously doing some awesome shit.
I am running pretty hot though-- I haven't really gotten sucked out on or coolered much at all.
Seriously though wtf red line

Well these are all full ring hands vs previously playing 6max, so they've changed quite a bit. I'm playing very nitty, around ~14/~12, and I'm 3-betting a very tight range for value. I am trying to get my game more solid as far as spewing post flop, and am opening up as steals on the btn and co. I suppose my evolution will continue from there.
I think I was playing ~19/17 or so at 6-max. Maybe looser. I am not sure when I will be revisiting 6-max-- I think my next nl25 shot will be in FR and we'll see where things take me from there. Either way, I've really cut down my spew by playing for 45-70 minute sessions instead of just playing until I was disappointed that I lost so much or something LOL.
So I'm not even sure how much the difference in my last 3k of FR vs my ton of 6-max hands is from the problem being FR vs 6-max or 1 hour sessions vs playing til I couldn't bear it anymore. |
