The french 'road safety' has created a new concept called 'party capitain' (capitain de soirée) to decrease the number of cars accident each saturdays night when people are leaving nightclubs to get back at home.
The party capitain is nominated before going to party and therefore must honour the one a only rule: alcohol is forbidden.

At first it seems to suck big time to be a party capitain BUT here is a video which explains all the hiddens benefits:

god that's so wrong. On the other hand, "Party captaitain" sounds much cooler than "designated driver"

The clip is from Groland which is just ridiculous, they make way more retarded clips than you could ever imagine. Sometimes it's just sooo dumb and real because they don't know it's from groland, and sometimes it's just completely stupid that it's not worth watching anymore so MEH.
I must admit that this one was nice though
