I am totally clueless atm...

I cant even win Nl20 anymore
and i am basically semi broke ...

I dont know how it feels to win at poker anymore
I have some fading picture in my mind of having a 2,000$ profit month in August ....
I think few month ago there was a guy making 1,5K on Nl100HU in just 3 days crushing through villians
Sitting on a wealthy bankroll thinking about what things he can buy next ...

Now there is some semi depressed clueless 23 year old with 8 big losing sessions out of the last 9 sessions
ALl this sessions i lost between 3-10 buy ins .....

worst downswing in my 14 month poker carrer ...

The only significat difference i notice in my game compared to the old days when i was winnig is teh following.
I always start the session up like 1-2 buy ins now and end it down 3-10 buy ins

In the past i always startet session down 2-4 buy ins and ended winning 3-6 buy ins ...

I have the following few options now

1.) QUit poker
2.) get a stake
3.) cash in the tiny rest of my winnings from online poker back into my poker account

I dont liek all of the 3 options atm

I'd say start at NL10 with what u have now and play a ton! Don't put in any more money. The mere fact that you have played NL100 should make you a winner at NL10 and you can easily make 6-10 bi a day. Just stay there until you have a better BR and you feel confident. Confidence is such a huge part of poker. So is discipline and playing a lot. I don't know how much time you have but 16K hands a month is on the low side. Make it 60K and you will be fine

4) Whine less about bad runs and focus on improving with healthu br managent

Seriously, don't obsess about which limit you play, you have to be able to move down when you reach your BI limit.

first of all get rid of that feeling *i don't want to grind 20nl etc." calm down for few days stay away from computer no matter how you feel. Then after few days get into grind mood and grind 25nl till you properly rolled for 50nl. I know how it sucks to drop limits, i currently had to drop from 600nl to 200nl, i know that feeling that you currencly experiencing, if you want to start winning again you first get rid of it.

Maybe play a few shorter sessions where you book a win, it'll help you build your confidence back. Do that or take a break, but you can't keep on playing with your current state of mind imo.
