So i traded my stars player points for two 250pound http://www.amazon.co.uk gift vouchers, basically cause they seemed like the best deal. i thought at worse ill be paying slighty more since the UK standard of living is high, and will be facing a slightly more limited range. also, before trading, i did email amazon.co.uk to ask if they could deliver items to Australia. They said something along the lines that they were a worldwide company and yes they can. Now i found out that they only deliver MUISC/DVD/BOOKS worldwide. In otherwords im fucked/epic fail/etc.

So i obv dont want 800USD worth of musicc/dvd/books. I just wanted to get an IPOD for my gf and a 24 inch monitor for myself, which sadly will never happen now. So what im proposing is for UK players to choose something they want from the amazon.co.uk website, i will order it and have it delivered to your specified address, and you can pay be back through stars/neteller/moneybookers in USD.

of course ill be giving an incentive. i will be giving a 20% discount absorbed by me off the listed price of any item. note that the vouchers in total is 500pounds

other notes:
Delivery of electronic products is listed on amazon as 2-3 days.
If i have many offers im going to choose the person who makes the most use of the 500pounds i.e spends closest to 500.

that is a good point and i might do that if theres a next time

however i already applied it to my account thinking i was able to ship stuff to Australia based on that email i sent them.

the ideal case is if theres a way to reverse or transfer the gift voucher credit, and someone then buys it from me at 20% discount meaning im selling 500GDP credit for 400GDP ill glady do it

if you explain the situation to amazon and ask them to take the voucher back out of your account and give you a code for it so anyone can use it, i'll buy the vouchers for GBP-USD midpoint rate with a 20% reduction and send (500*1.76*0.8) via stars or ftp. But i dont want to do it your way since it involves:
a) spending 500GBP all in one go when i might prefer keeping it in my account and spending it over multiple purchases at diff times
b) giving out my address

i did email amazon, asking them to offer a solution to rectify the mistake and this is the gibberish they replied me with

I've always found amazon support good. I'll ask if anyone in my house wants £500 of amazon stuff with 20% off. Will get back to you. I'm assuming you're sending first and I'm paying on delivery.
