depends on the stakes/games
if u need focus/clear though, definitely -ev
if you need anti-tilt, it can be +ev
all said and done I think it's definitely a better idea to try to play without it |

makes me sleepy, sleepy makes bad decisions for me is -ev but like asdf said anti tilt maybe? idk.
it can better be worked into your schedule by smoking after you take some tough beats and decide to stop for a while, i think

no negative/positive effects if you're used to smoking frequently as then its easier to handle massive chongedness, elsewise -ev i'd say |

multi-tabling 6-12= -ev too many things going on usually to keep up.
4 tabling or heads up / mtt's = +ev , the boredom goes away and its easier to be patient since you will inevitably get action on your best hands instead of forcing action on mediocre hands. Also your bluffing frequency will probably be less, but much more effective...
