Turned 18 yesterday =D
So I think I have an account I made on PokerStars with fake info when I was 13 or so. When I tried to register for an account, PS gave me an error telling me that I already have an account there.
I emailed support, and they want a copy of the log files.
So my questions:
Which log file do I send them?
Or, conversely, is there a way for me to just delete w/e registry I need to so I can just register?

login to your normal account
goto
account -> change account -> change date of birth
never tried this but it prob exists for this situation |

I don't remember my old account, and the e-mail I used for it is dead. I'll probably end up making a new account on another computer. It's just easier for me to delete whatever the problem is. |

If you havent made a deposit on that original account, you can just email support and ask them to allow you to make a new account. Just say you didnt like ur old screen name.
Worked for me when I was switching over from my play money account to my current account |

If you made this account when you were 13 I would probably suggest making a new account anyways because the screen name is probably very gay |

I resolved everything pretty easy. The old one was a play off Mikeymoo.
I managed to track down what the account was and just let them know.
Played some NL25 but now I'm out. Thanks guys. |
