ok first of all i see the term "squeezing" alot, what does this mean?
these are for 6-max NL5:
1 - how often should i bet 3 betting JJ? if i am 4-betted, i know it's mostly player dependant but am i mucking a majority of the time?
2 - what are optimal stats? i'm 19/12 right now, should i loosen up?
3 - hands like a6s, JTs, JKs UTG...fold or raise?
4 - is it bad to always limp and never raise with 22 in any position EXCEPT the button?

Playing tight at this level is definately safer. But if you are comfortable with your postflop play you can definatly increase your winrate by loosening up. In general though suited aces, or hands like those you mentioned (3) should be open raises if the pot is unentered. They allow you to exploit the majority of players at these levels who will overvalue hands such as lower flushes. And in general its good to raise with pocket pairs in order to build pots and make it easier to get paid off when you make sets. Also, if you do loosen up definatly realize you need to follow that up with increased agression on later streets, i.e. cbets etc. Well good luck, hope this helps. |

Oh and btw squeezing is typically referred to when the action is open raise, call and you choose to raise with cards you would usually not raise with as a "steal play". For example, cut off raises to 4xbb, sb calls, your in the bb with k8 and you choose to 3bet to 16xbb. In this situation your probably not ahead cardwise, but its a profitable move where you will often win the money in the pot preflop. |

i d go 14/12/3 till up to 50nl ( as i am in fact ) also about the JJ well yeah u r prolly mucking it majority of the time vs 4bet but it really is player dependant
anyway if u feel like u r crushing the limit its ok to open from UTG JKs i guess but dont ever do that with JTs A6s imo its pointless at this level
about the small pockets thats what i do normally:
open raise any pos unless u r at like CO/D and u have limper in front then i d limp 22-66 along with the guy(s) and 77 + i d open bet 4bb+1bb x each limper |
