Hello all. hope you're having a great day because i think i want to kill myself.
Here's my last 3 days.
Just curious, is this normal? These kind of losing streaks? I know my edge is not huge and i'm no prodigy, but i definitely think (or thought) i'm a winning player. Is there something i'm missing?
my overall stats since Oct 2007.

It happens, But it happens less if your edge is bigger.
Effects your mentality a lot, id either take a few days off or play .5/1 for a few k hands, regain confidence and then move back up. Or Both. Unless of course you don't really feel effected. |

yupp.. pretty standard. we've all been there..i have been a solid winner at nl 200 for a long time and had a much bigger swing than that recently
the first time it happens it really sucks... you aren't used to lose that much money so it affects you a lot more =/ |

Even if you came with a 50k sample the answer still would be standard. |

pretty nitty stats. I think when you play relatively tight, you have a tendancy to overplay overpairs, and top pairs. Just my experience from a while ago. it makes you a little transparent. But if you've been table selecting well, and avoiding regulars who might take advantage of your really TAG poker, its just variance. |
