up a whopping $3 playing short stacked nl50 at my friends house
"big" hands-
-i have $17, aggro monkey who i have a ton of history with has $16. i have Q10s, he raises my BB to $2.50, i call. flop QQx, two diamonds. i lead out, he pushes, insta call. he has A2dd, i hold for ez double up
-i have QQ, utg, 4 handed. i'm sitting on about $40, same person from first hand has around $18. i open for $3, he calls (i'm UTG, he's dealer). flop is K87, two hearts. i bet $6, he pushes his remaining chips in and i'm thinking wtf..he did this with a heart draw. and a couple hands earlier he check/called trips. so i call and he has A8o. hits ace on the turn. hello disgust, goodbye profits!
came with 20 and left with 23 =(
