actually rek i started hitting the gym 4 and a half months ago and i've gained a good amount of muscle, and i still go every other day. but you are correct in your advice, i realized it.

i just have emotional problems when it comes to girls. the girl i'm with is gorgeous and im crazy about her but we're having serious problems and might be breaking up and its hitting me hard

actually hitting the gym won't get you no girl, unless you go out shirtless, it might only help you be a bit more confident, it's really all about confidence, be cocky, be fun, have fun, that should be your main focus, havin fun, rekrul got that right at the least. He's just taken it a bit too far, meaning he considers them nothing but sex toys.

Either way if you want your relationship to work out, you should have both goals, goals that you plan to achieve together, something positive. Girls don't like it if they don't see where the relationship is going, make her dream, she has to see a possible future.
