I mean the points are there but society is never going to change like that, as men will always sexualize women as they are an object of his desire. Additionally, when you are catering to an audience of primarily young males you have a better chance of business success setting up games like this.
Obviously if a game is good it's good, regardless how a woman may be portrayed.
She makes a lot of good points. So far the comments ITT have been woefully pathetic.
This video has been debated all over the internet/gaming sites/reddit etc for the last week so it feels old by now.

When she covers the other side of this subject, ie: tropes vs men, then I may give her merit. I mean, we are all a fucking assassin, or a God of War, or a fucking war-hardened soldier, or a badass car driver, OR FUCKING MEGA MAN. WHO DOESN'T WANT TO BE MEGA MAN?!

Which is probably why she didn't ask for 6 figures. Double Fine didn't need millions of dollars to make their new game but they got it. Maybe you don't understand how Kickstarter works.

Anyway, you should look into the other side of her argument, ie: tropes vs males. Something she will not touch. Why? Because that would destroy her entire argument.
