Well another year in the books for Sven, 25... Damn every year I look back and see how big of an idiot I was the year before.

Eh - hasn't been a bad one though, the job is awesome, the business is okay - haven't really been pushing to much time into it, or as much as I would like (I'll probably kick it up some more in the spring)

Apartment is super nice, 10 minute drive to work.

Here's a few pics of my living room. 106'' projection screen + theater seating - super comfy couch.

Only thing that sucks for the birthday this year is I have the flu, been sick since Thursday so couldn't rage or see my gf for it

Damn...

Well I hope all is well LP
<3

although on a side note Gustafsson won, Man U beat City, and so far my Vikings (team AP) are ripping the bears - not bad :D

edit: I'll also leave you all with this gem.

Polk Audio TL250 5-pack 5-piece Surround-Sound System

Polk Audio PSW Series PSW10 Black 10-inch

Speakers are actually more than enough for my apartment setting, crisp sound, and I haven't really pushed it all that high.

I am looking for speaker stands though...

I just don't like these small satellite speakers, because they suck at music. Bad at reproducing the sound of electric distorted guitars because they got no large enough speakers to reproduce the mid frequencies properly. But since you're probably using it for movies and stuff, it's alright. Not sure about 99$ subs though, never listened to such cheap ones.

I just think it looks funny to have those tiny speakers beneath this huge screen.

I can relate a lot to this, back when I was in school, we had this guy in the class with a huge massive one. But then I noticed, during one of our many showers. His balls were quite tiny, just didn't look right. But I kept it to myself, but couldn't quite let go how "funny" it looked.

Ditch the screen and project straight to the wall as high as you can go. You wont even notice the difference as the size will more than make up for it. I had a 140" going.

bye now
