I'm really impressed by both your dedication and results
I've thrown in the plo towel after 1 month, 40k hands.
went from +20bi first 20k hands to -20bi total the next 20k hands plo50. (Ev)
I feel like it was more about running really bad than playing bad,
but it was probably a combo of playing really bad although I can't see it.
The brain likes to lie like that...
But it's not all bad, I think my nlhe game has gotten a lot stronger as well
plus definitely getting a better mentality and stamina for playing more hours.

Anyway, now that I whined some in your blog you're not so alone! hahaha
Yes, netflix is the shit, feels nice to have so much to just click and play.
I hope their TV-category gets upgrades because it's seriously lacking..
Still awesome for what you're paying.

Feel better Dusty!

If you're looking for Netflix recs, I suggest "Two Weeks in Hell." It's a Green Beret training documentary. Some really sick stuff and gets you pumped up/ready to crush.

Hit me up if you ever need to talk.

I read all of this in your non-chalant beautiful Swedish voice. Cheer up sir, go hit some creeps, I find it very therapeutic.

Nah, I'm not at that level yet. I've got a bunch of fairly rewarding things I do right now and I guess I'm alright. Long time no talk though, what's up with you? Will check that thing out.

I think you need to increase your Squat 1 rep max to feel more energetic

I had a long cold/illness I couldn't shake for a month a couple years ago, then a friend suggested its not going away cause I'm not getting enough (any) exposure to sunlight due to short daytime hours in winter and my poker degen sleep schedules at the time. obv no sunlight leads to a vitamin D deficiency which doesn't do the body any favours when it's trying to fight malaise. Maybe this tip could help?

yea fkin winters man, kind of brutal times in sweden. i often get pretty depressed in periods during winters here, and found out that a little vacation to some warm country helps alot.

so maybe take the wife on a little sunvacation, go monkeysexstyle on a "romantic trip" somwhere for a week or two and then get back to reality!

Maybe use some times learning more about nutrition and stuff. Try and go on a super awesome healthy poker diet or something lol.

Get lots of leafy greens, the most awesome fats?

When you make your food, most people burn it, so the fats are turned into toxins, that causes all sorts of fuckery in ur body.

Avoid gluten, most diary, grains etc. Detox ur body, see if you get more energy. Also much harder to get sick if you eat really healthy xD

Yea I need more sun. Drinking vitamin drinks (and not the cheap ones but the bad ass ones from the drug store) but I should be out more. Thanks.

Yea that's a pretty good idea. I'm eating resonably healthy but I could do much better when I'm not so damn lazy.

@Svenman, yea sure. Sent a PM

Well, I'm going through the exact same thing atm. I was feeling SO tired and terrible waking up at around lunchtime each day and then sleeping around 4am. I was on the verge of thinking about supplementing (is it really just vitamin D??) but after waking up at 10am one day and seeing bright daylight filling the rooms I felt awesome immediately and adjusted my sleep schedule. Def something psychological in my case with just the lack of sunlight during waking hours. I had the symptoms of SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and was even thinking of buying a good lightbox. Apparently they're very good if you get a good one with 10,000 lux at a reasonable distance. I don't see myself sitting with it directly infront of me for 30-60 mins (that may work but it feels unhealthy and bad for the eyes) but maybe nearby and on for most of the day. I may still get one to brighten up the room during darker times. If the daylight here gets a lot worse I may go ahead with that but I just decided to adjust my sleep schedule back to a more normal waking time of 8-10am for now. I feel so much better in literally 1 day without spending much time outside besides a quick 40 min walk. For now, this is working well for me in that it's good for my health but there's less action.

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhANLast edit: 09/11/2012 06:46
