Being staked is absolutely terrible, and should only be your VERY last option.
If you're confident that you're a winning player you're way better off getting a loan/credit card/holding up a liquor store.
The only time I ever got staked I had to pay original loan + 200% interest. It was terrible >.<
Though it was probably worse for me because I wasn't a full time player and didn't put in a ton of volume.
GL though, and remember to put in a ton of volume to get out from under it. |

Agreed. I got staked once by lostaccount for nl50, ending up paying back original loan and ~150% I believe. Think it only took about 10 days though
Although, I highly appreciated it. He trusted me with $1000 - and I'm some guy he had never met before.
Sometimes a stake is decent. For example, I couldn't have took a loan out for 1k at the time.
I remember lost was actually trying to get me to move up to nl100 to 'make us more moniez' haha. Crazy bastard |

This WAS the very last option. Would have definitely preferred my own money, but the outlook on that is pretty bleak so I'm happy to be staked.
I should really be able to make this profitable for both of us. |
