before the usual boring poker update I'll give you this:




Went to the John Legend concert with my girlfriend. It was a real treat. A friend hooked up some tickets because his sister didn't want em anymore so she was just givin em away. As I suspected John Legend is a real artist and he really does bring it live. Niggas got some talent.

As for poker It had it's ups and downs. I broke even at 2/4 rush over 80K hands (lol). The standard brutal stuff happening. I lost count of the KK vs AA situations past the 40 mark. And I folded KK pf more times this month than the entire year. Ya I know that sounds bad but I feel pretty good about those ones. It seemed like I was getting great hands, Just my opponents got even better ones. So what can I do except just stop being a pussy and take my coolers like a man. I finished off the final day with another -9-10 buyin day.

I would say about 40-50% of my losses were actually my own damn fault of me being either an idiot who's mal-adjusting to the wider ranges and increased aggression or just plain monkey tilt due to not being able to handle the much bigger swings of rush and the fact that the money was starting to get to my head.

Gonna probably take a couple days off to clear my head and reeval my hands/play and rego.

Just tried out some NL200 rush FR for the first time today. And I've got to say I was quite impressed with how soft the games are.

Well, I'm continuing my bulldoze of 1/2 and did quite well at 2/4 this month as well when it ran. Finally got a good chunk of monies on ftp to actually start mass tabling 2/4 so I'll start doing that starting this next month. Hopefully things will stay similar as they have been pretty much all year. Which is crush.

I think I'll try and win 100+ buyins at 2/4 like I did at 1/2 before moving up. Just makes poker so much less stressful when massively over-rolled for the stakes I play.

Here is my august graph. This isn't including ftp profits which is roughly ~1k after one session.



I'm up approx ~3.2k at 2/4 and about ~6k at 1/2 this month on ub and down about ~750 at NL100. Great stuff running well at the right limits

I've been pretty off and on past couple weeks due to a variety of reasons but really need to up my volume again starting this week. Can't slack off now got monies to make~

I haven't really updated for a while since I was busy with traveling to my bro's grad over on the east coast, girlfriend, family, and other things. Things have been going quite well for me. I've finally been getting a decent workout/grind schedule going and the results following. I barely played during may and june (a total of like 30k hands) but this month I've been getting back on the grind as I want to make Icon status on UB. Still have about ~10k or so hands left to play till the end of this month but I'll post my results now since I don't feel lazy atm.

I had a close but no cigar on the 10k month back in April I believe but I finally managed to squeeze it out this time with some run good ;D
With rakeback, lucksacking the badbeat jack pot, and other bonuses my total profits this month is approaching ~14k. sweet

I feel like I'm finally finding my rhythm with this damn game after so long.

Eh, I tried to get my first 10k month in a long time but just kinda got owned in the last week so that became nearly impossible unless i played like 10k hands a day. Which I'm not really capable of doing without going on massive life tilt. So I called it good. Hopefully next month is even better. Past couple months have been quite good for me and I've definitely made huge improvements to my overall approach to poker and my game itself. I'm pretty sure my HEM is only about ~95% accurate as it misses a few hands here and there but at least it still gives me a fairly accurate picture of my results.
