Today after finishing in 2nd place at a $3+R for $127, I achieved my goal for this summer that was to have a bankroll of over $1100. Mainly because I'm going to have to withdraw $700 to pay some things at school and I wanted to leave $400 for NL20.



My summer vacations ain't over yet so I still have a lot of poker to play ;D

For some reason my status was upgraded to Platinum instead of Gold. So I have, apparently, 1 more freeroll to play in.

So was searching for those Monthly freerolls when I see that you have to pay a HUGE amount of titanpoints to play in them. LOL? Then why they say that the tourneys are freerolls if they really arent?...

This is my talk to their online support:

What a great month for me this was. My bankroll was at $101 when June started. Played NL10 for a while and eventually moved up to NL20 when I reached $400. Now, my bankroll is at $943.17. So as for June, my total winnings were $842.17 . (Without counting the $65 I withdrew today from my account).



July is going to be Gold
My Gold status will be finally activated this month. As a Gold member, I'm able to play in the Weekly $1,000 VIP Freeroll and the Monthly $2,500 VIP Freeroll. I will receive a $10 monthy loyalty bonus too. In addition to getting titan points a little bit faster than Silver members.

I'm sure I can update it to Platinum status by the end of the month

My biggest pot ever
I sucked out a huge $60.82 pot yesterday and it became the biggest one in my short poker history.



Goals and things to work on at the end of the month
*Become a Platinum member.
*Win a huge donkament.
*Work on my patience when being at the Final Tables.
*More things will come to my mind later...

Today was a very active day for me at the poker tables. Played a lot of cashgames and a couple of tourneys.

At the $5 [$4000 Guaranteed] tournament I reached the Final Table in a 1100 player field after 4hours of playing. Unfortunately, I still need to work a lot in my decisions and patience since it's my main problem. I busted in 8th place for $118 .

Then I joined the $6+R [$1500 GTD], with 114 players and made the Final Table in a very bad position. In 10th place with 6K chips, with an average of 25K, I survived a couple of rounds but eventually busted out in 7th place for $60 .

At cash games I didn't win much today, but that's ok, as long as I don't lose anything :D

My BR now reaches the nice amount of $843.85

I've been breaking even in the last few days at cash games. In the morning I had a horrible start losing some $ but at night I broke even.

Tournaments at Titan are quite easy and each table has 10players so you get 1 more freehand than at PS. In the afternoon (3PM EST, 21CET) there are good tournaments with a pretty decent player field and the price pools are kinda good. Those tourneys are a little bit tough, like the ones at PokerStars. I pretty much always cash in them but bust at 50-30th place...

On the other hand, at night, the tournaments are just ridiculously easy. With a small player field (90 to 120 players). I play the $6, $5, and two $3 w/rebuys every day and reach the Final tables quite often. But for some reason, after having a great tournament, I play very bad at the FT and bust early...

Today I reached the FT at the $5+R and $3+R. The $5 had around a 140players with only the top 2 tables (20players) getting into the money. I reached the Final Table 6th place in chips but busted in 9th for only $32 ... That sucked since I invested $20.50 I know exactly what my mistake was and I'm planning of fixing it the next time...

Then at the $3+R, with a 120player field with 20 getting paid, I reached the Final table 2nd in chips. I busted in 4th for $59 with only $6.30 invested... Once again, I know exactly what my mistake at the FT was... I'm kinda dissapointed because those mistakes were very stupid... but I gotta learn from them and move on.

So my BR so far is:



Tomorrow will be a new day and I'm gonna try my best at those small buyin tournaments and hopefully wont make as much mistakes as I did today.

Today I've been running bad, having a lot of crazy suckouts and badbeats... There was this time where in 5 of my 8tables i had PP (44,44,66,55,22) and didn't hit the set in neither of them T_T. And when I hit my sets I have to fold because of dangerous boards like lets say I have TT and the board is T-J-Q-K-x

Im not on tilt, still playing "good" but things like the hand below are just ridiculously SICK!

I reached Gold status today. The bad thing is that I have to wait till the end of the month to get it. LOL. That's the most stupid thing I've seen in a long time...

If you're a high stakes player (NL5000 for example). It would took you 4months to get your Titanium status (which is like Supernova)... lol

Oh yeah, for being Gold I will receive a loyalty bonus in the 1st week of every month that reaches the big amount of $10! ha! ;D

So I went lastnight to play poker with my friends and it absolutely sucked. I felt like playing at PokerStars or something

We were 8players and I busted out in pretty soon, like 7th or something lol...

I lost most of my chips in 2 pots.

In the very very first hand of the night, I had KJs in the BB. 6out of the 8players limped in and well I checked my BB. Flop came K-K-9 and just to make it short, a friend had Nines full of Kings and my KJ couldn't overcame that.

Later on, I had AKo and raised it to 8chips (50chips per player with blinds at 1/2). 2 friends called. Flop came A-A-8. And yeah, I lost most of my stack there with a friend who flopped Eights full of Aces...

I felt pretty bad and dissapointed because of those badbeats. I wasn't allowed to Rebuy because 2 girl friends had to be at home early... bah ;( After winning in 3 out of the last 4times we got there to play, going busto now feels pretty shitty lol :D
