If you go to:
http://www.titanpoker.com/en/poker/vip_club.html you will see the following table:

For some reason my status was upgraded to Platinum instead of Gold. So I have, apparently, 1 more freeroll to play in.

So was searching for those Monthly freerolls when I see that you have to pay a HUGE amount of titanpoints to play in them. LOL? Then why they say that the tourneys are freerolls if they really arent?...

This is my talk to their online support:

-Polly: I apologize for the long wait. We try to attend to all our pla<x>yers the quickest possible time. My name is Polly and I’ll be glad to assist you in your concern.

sTrAtO: I got a question about the VIP Club and its tournaments
-Polly: Okay.
sTrAtO: Im Platinum and my Special tournaments are:
sTrAtO: Weekly $1,000 VIP Freeroll
Monthly $2,500 VIP Freeroll
Monthly $5,000 VIP Freeroll

-Polly: That is correct.
sTrAtO: as you can see it clearly says: FREEROLL
sTrAtO: now, when trying to registering WHY do i have to pay 2500 and 5000 points to play there?
sTrAtO: it makes no sense.
-Polly: Are you sure that you are trying to register to the correct tourney?
sTrAtO: yes
sTrAtO: I go to All schedules tournaments
-Polly: I can see the schedule here and it does not require points.
sTrAtO: then sort the tourneys by name
-Polly: Try to go to the Weekly $1,000 VIP Freeroll and you will see that the buy in and fee is zero
sTrAtO: yes
sTrAtO: the 1000 is 0
sTrAtO: but the monthly's cost
sTrAtO: I sort the tourneys by name and go to "M"
sTrAtO: Monthly VIP $5000 tp 5,000+0
Monthly VIP $2500 tp 2,500+0
Monthly VIP $10000 tp 10,000+0
-Polly: Oh okay, Francisco those tourney really requires points for you to join.
sTrAtO: but why? those are supposed to be freerolls
-Polly: It will not affect the points that you are earning for your VIP upgrade.
sTrAtO: what do you mean?
sTrAtO: that i will recover them anyway
sTrAtO: by the next month by playing 24/7 to mantain my status?
-Polly: Those points that you use for that tourney does not affect the points that you earn for your VIP upgrade.
sTrAtO: oh i know that
sTrAtO: but thats not the point...
sTrAtO: then send a msg to your webmasters and tell them to change their VIP club special tournaments
sTrAtO: since those are absolutely NO freerolls
-Polly: Francisco even if a pla<x>yer is not a Platinum VIP member and has those required points they can not join those freerolls.
sTrAtO: its like:
TItan: "hey you can play at the WSOP Main event FREEROLL"
Me: "wow thats very nice"
Titan: "You have to pay $10,000 though"
-Polly: Freeroll does not always mean that there's no Buy in and fee.
sTrAtO: Ok, thats a very very bad "Benefit". And I clearly disagree to pay in the:
Weekly $1,000 VIP Freeroll
Monthly $2,500 VIP Freeroll
Monthly $5,000 VIP Freeroll

Who are they trying to fool?
I mean, There are tournaments running the whole day that are exactly like these "VIP freerolls". You pay 3000points to get into a regular $3000pricepool tourney. Pay 2000 and the tourney will have $2000 in game. And is pretty much the same formula for every tourney.

We have a Monthy VIP Freeroll for you. $5000 is the pricepool, you have to pay 5000 points though mmmm
