overall i feel like April is the month i improved the most in my poker career ever.
After 4 failed shoots at NL50 in the last 4 month i finally managed to become a NL50 regular
For the first time i feel like i really have developed a half-way decent gameplan and there rarely occour any difficult situations
in my play anymore.
so i am happy.
btw i also played some starcraft today ^^
Its funny how i didnt play for 2 years but then after i followed the TSL ladder i couldnt resist to try some B.net games again.
played some public 1v1 noob games and managed a record of 5-1
Its amazing that even after 10 years there are still people playing Starcraft on B.net that have absolutely no clue what they are doing.
this gives me hope for poker ^^
maybe in 10 years the micro and midstakes players are still as bad as the starcraft B.net public noobs ^^
so there will always be easy money to grind for the rest of our lives

I got cards today as if i was running insane good.
flopped about 12-15 sets in this 1,3 K hands !!!! ( normally i flop 3-4 in that time)
i had 2 flushes
2 straights.
i had 4 times top 2 pair
i also had 4 of a kind once in the session

and all this in 1,3 K hands .
cardwise this was probably the best session i had in a long time.
luckwise it was one of the worst.

all 70-30 or 80-20 preflop all ins vs shortstacks...
rest of the godly shit i got didnt get paid ...
so all in all i feel like i want to puke 3 hours straight without break...

I really played very good this session.
I added 4 betting regulars wo have stats like 18/14 preflop to my arsenal and it worked out well.
i also startet to isolate more vs 35/5/1 66% fold to flop bet guys and it also worked out very well.
I dont know excactly but my non showdown winnings were really nicely in the green
100% of my preflop 4 bets vs regulars worked
every preflop all in vs shorties i was ahead
I didnt tilt the whole session
and i played in position isolating the fish the vast majority of the time.
I played tight and agressive and besides the setups and beats i made a good amount of money.
but when u run so bad at showdown there is nothing u can do.
I didnt even went to showdown for over half a stack if i didnt have at least 2pair or a set...
nevertheless i was beat everytime...
the last 2,2 K hands before this session i didnt get any stuff at all
nevertheless i was 4Bb/100 in the green
today i got hands all teh time left and right ...
and i am down like -8BB/100
not so happy with how things go on Nl50 so far.
I was very dissapointed in my last 1,7 K hands + 56$ only
i 8 tabled FR 8max... i am pretty confident with the 8 tables speed of the game. ( 50-600hands/h i do now)

I finished 20 minutes before official time shedule.
So the university lecturer asked if he shall count my points while the others still write.
I agreed since exploding insite to know my results.
he took out his answer paper and corrected my test within 15 minutes
Okay tomorrow i have the most important Test of my life
i write Anatomy test for the 3rd time >_< and i must pass or my studies are over.
1st time i failed with 3 of 58 points since i didnt learn one single bit
2nd time i learned a good amount but not enough ... had 28 of 58 points
this time
i am pretty confident !
i learned 28 fucking hours over 11days for the test !!!
I know every fucking bone , muscle , joint and whatelse fuck stuff is part of our fucking shit body

we went to the same highscool and since we were both musicians we sometimes jam sessiond a bit. ( not too much though since we didnt have time to realize the rock & roll project we planned)
He was a self educated guitar player and he had some nice talent.
OFC u would sometimes notice that he learned it all by himself but on the other hand this gave him the possibility to really play the things he feels instead.
Today a friend msgd me that Marc did start to learn piano abit the last few years.
I honestly think this guy is an amazing musician !

Ofc , i missplayed a few hands which probably cost me aroudn -70$
rest i lost like 130$ to insane ugly stuff.

For the most part today , simply my monster draws didnt hit and my strong made hands got outdrawn.
I had like 20 big draws this session on the flop that were like 40% chance to win
FD + 2 overcards FD+ Gutshot OESD + backdor FD mid pair + FD FD+ OESD etc.
i simply never ever hit one that made me win a pot the whole session.
this costed me the most money today.
Other than that i realized that it seems i didnt even have a chance to win any money from the beginning.
I had only 1 big pot won in 1,4 K hands >-<
All my made hands got raped by the board river cards.
all my 1 pair hands got massive action from 10/8/2 nitz ...
and i didnt flop any monsters either the whole session.
I made 2 sets in 1,4 K hands and both only took the flop.
2 times i hit my flush i run into higher flush.
I maybe should start to make a stop-loss session mark of 2 buy ins.
Really seems , that if i start the session bad -> i will run bad till i quit the session.
my plan was to concern my self with theoretical poker stuff after i woke up and then proceed to do a 3-4 h session
but i couldnt play for the most part of the day cause i had to help my dad with work in the afternoon ...

sb VPIP is only that high , cause NIT ppl fold blind battle like 85% of the time.
Also on 3 tables the ultimate mega fish Angel0Killer had position on me.

i raise any 2 sb vs bb here and never got repopped so far.
This guy really is insane bad player
I played 2 hands particularly bad which made me lose 30$ that i easily could have avoided
I will anylyze the missplayed hands tomorrow morning.
besides that 2 hands i think i played very good
I also did an intensive review of ~ 20 hands of yesterdays horror session which took my a bit more than 1 hour.
i came to the conclusion that i run worse yesterday than it first seemed and that i played many hands good and only a few very bad
I run at least 200$ worse than my equity was when i got in money.
So here are the Nl50 results of the last days
Session 1 - 283 in 900 hands
Session 2 + 139 in 500 hands
Session 3 + 302 in 750 hands
Session 4 - 224 in 1,800 hands
Session 5 + 70 in 450 hands
- 230 in the fiorst 600 hands
then back to - 47 $
only to end the day - 224 $
4 1/2 buy ins down in 1,8 K hands.
Reviewing the session :
1.) i spew some hands unnessecarily
I was pretty card dead and then after like 200 hands or so where nothing happend i started to do some fancy stuff.
Not to extreem , but still unnessecary trying to get people of hands when it obviously was better option to check behind ...
think that costed me around 1 1/2 buy ins that i could have saved.
2.) I tried to tune up my agression a bit in spots that seemd good after watching some leggo poker vids.
Unfortunately that is not good at the weekends... since people are willing to call a lot more and see a showdown with shitty hands.
on fridays , saturdays and sundays straight value betting is the best way to play.
Unfortunately there was not too much value betting possible with either being card dead or having the second best hand when i actually hit the board pretty good.
3.) For the first time on NL50 i actually met a player who was somehow decent !
LongGong was his name.
he was 16/11/3 over 950 hands and i was really surprised to see smeone at this limit playing that good.
he did all the stuff i do myself >-<
ALmost every hand he was involved he had Position .... he also never let people limp when he was LP,CO ... he defended his blinds and he was stealing a good amount himself.
He always had a good hand when the pots got big and at the same time he often took the pots down when the boards become difficult.
I think i am kinda +- 0 EV vs him
He also did run good,too + 4 buy ins in 900 hands in my sample
The reason i mention this is simple.
For the first time ever i actually met someone in micro stakes who obviously had a clue what he was doing while also knowing the majority of advanced basic stuff.
ALl other people i met in NL50 Nitring so far are horribly bad and easily beatable imo.
they are either scared nits or lose calling stations.
But i am wondering how i can exploit a guy who does all the stuff i do myself
I wonder if he is from LP lol ^^
