Would villain play Jacks or Queens like this? Considering betsize UTG pre flop, followed by a call. Perhaps more likely to open with 55-99+ with x4 utg and call a 3bet pre?

If you are not comfortable playing for stacks post-flop with KK in this spot, then call and keep all the dominated hands in. It also means you are not 3betting that player nearly enough in position. It makes no sense to play KK like a bluff in 3B pots.

Nitting it up since 2006

Man thats just such incomplete logic. You can play 3bet pots like that 100bbs deep, because a sufficient portion of your stack is committed whereby its profitable to always get it in postflop based on the fact that he can't nutpeddle profitably. In that situation we would have shoved over his flop raise and not thought twice about it, but here, if you stack off everytime his implied odds with pocket pairs preflop are enormous, especially if you're not 3bet bluffing his utg range often. Not only that, but all his semibluffs got there on the turn. I'm not saying you have to fold everytime either, but its retarded not to consider it.
