Loco's very right when he says that every serious grinder has ever experienced this sort of shit you'd better get used to this feeling cuz painful downswing are unfortunately not once-in-a-lifetime problems.

don t know you m8, but i do know this feeling and we are not here to share bad beat story..there are always worst than you in poker and in life...focus on good things now, make some sport and relaxation, get a real life with joy and share some good moment with friends..take a break...if it s give you such a bad feeling,..
refresh idea and then restart in tourney and have fun...
i had 3 fk month in cash game, now i just take it with philo--and study abc poker + lots of free roll..it s fun..
i won t deposit now, i lose some confident too ..time will come and i am sure that it s good for your game to have some doubt.
i use to play plo 2-4 5-10...and yesterday i play a free roll , 6hours and cash out 3 bucks..isnt it fun?
