Depends on villain. If he is abusing you by 3 betting you a lot, and you have a dynamic where you're 4 betting him back with marginal hands, then this is fine. You need to balance with bluffs. If not and you're trying to get value from QQ, then you could even down-bet turn to like 18 just to be annoying.
