Pretty huge update just came to SC2 Multiplayer. No more Tank-Evac, Mech way stronger, DT's have Blink, Hydra much stronger, Infesters can do everything while burrowed, plus a few more.

So as a Terran you need 2 scanns automaticly to kill off 1 dark templar. But probably you need to just start by making 1 raven every game now TvP. (It is not really that easy to scout in sc2, unlike brood war). You need a build order that protects both against DT and Oracles, because you are very dead if unprepared against any of the 2....

Apparently from what I've gathered thus far, it's something that will not be used as much as you think (there is an upgrade charge that is quite expensive)
