Hard to say.

Soto is better than Beltran in every area of MMA aside from kicking.

Soto usually has a good gas tank and always turns it up in Round 3, but he's taking this fight on 5 days notice and he's fighting in super high elevation.

Beltran lives and trains in America (I think Chicago), but he arrived in Mexico early (not sure when).

I give R3 to Dariush as well. Close in strikes landed, imo, but Benny's aggression and control against the cage is the difference.
