HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I think Bisping wins, but the odds are off, he has to win by cardio, Le will shine in the first 2 rounds.

toss up for co main...................I can see Tyron getting the best of Dong but then Dong comes back in 2nd and 3rd making it a messy fight

dunno rest of the card haha

2014: During his work-out vs. when he's not working out

2012 vs. 2014

From Kelvin Gastelum on the UG:

From: kgastelum928
Woodley doesn't have hardly any water in his body so his muscles are shrunk down. Man that's a horrible feeling. (after seeing the weigh-in)

----------

Many people noticed that Woodley looked smaller, not tiny, but not as bulky as usual. It could be nothing, or it could be a bad weight cut. This is the first time Woodley is fighting outside of North America. Funny enough, Woodley has only fought twice outside of USA, which was in Canada, and he lost both fights to Jake Shields and Rory MacDonald. The Shields fight was controversial, but Woodley slowed down in that fight and let the fight be closer than it should have been.

Im a cung le fan. He fights like hes a video game character pressing x y a b. I read an interview where he said he trained 8 hours a day in wrestling or san shou which I think is kickboxing and he was the world champ at it.

What is the crime for apostasy?!

Someone else wrote this yesterday on another forum:

While I think Bisping prolly wins, the more I break it down the more I start seeing a case for Cung -- as in he does have a route to victory -- a few of them actually.

First of all, Le is one of the most diverse mixed martial artists in the game today, and if he we 30 instead of 25, I think he'd be the UFC's WW champion. Nevertheless, at 42, bolstered by his variety of disciplines in TMA's -- Le is well prepared for virtually any style, and a fighter as one dimensional as Bisping is definitely trudging up hill vs. the techniques Le offers.

Second, when it comes to his TDD, Le is essentially a concrete pillar. This is due to the fact that Le has long practiced and excelled in the disciplines which buttress his TDD. Specifically, wrestling itself -- everyone thinks of Cung being this one-dimensional striker which cannot be further from the truth. In fact, it is his wrestling background which enables him to attempt the fancy striking techniques he's known for. As an All-American in high school, Le went on a scholarship to wrestle for JUCO West Valley College where he would win the California Junior College State Championship. Of course this helps to explain his stellar tdd, but only partially.

I first got acquainted w/ Cung way back in like 2002 or so as I would watch K-1 kickboxing on ESPN 2. Participating on there was this bad ass little Vietnamese guy named con way who fought in Sanshou matches not only was he a out striking his opponents but he was throwing and tripping them with amazing flair.

So, he had a wrestling background he excelled in. In Sanshou he was the very best in his division never losing a match. Additionally, Le was a student of Judo and Sambo both of which are notorious for producing remarkable tdd.

What's more, Le has done very well against strikers like Bisping such as Rich Franklin and Frank Shamrock who are not looking to take him down but rather engage him in a protracted kickboxing match and wear him down. Furthermore, Bisping is not a power puncher and Cung should have little regard for his power which will make him apt to take risks coming in.

Again, I favor Bisping, but I won't be surprised at all to see Le get the knockout or win a decision based on cleaner striking and effective technique.

Don't let his Sanshou creds wow you too much. First off no one in MMA circles ever heard of it before Cung Le. It's a super niche sport which likely has an incredibly small talent pool. No talented strikers are competing in Sanshou. Also while I haven't gone and watched any of his fights, I read on a kickboxing forum from several guys that you get points for throws, and Cung used his wrestling a ton to throw his opponents in matches.

So despite his credentials I don't think he's all that great of a striker. Like with a lot of TMA guys his boxing is pretty atrocious, although he's improved on it a lot since training full MMA. He's got great kicks, that's true. But the rest of his striking game has been lacking. Although he has improved his boxing a good amount since transitioning to MMA. Great strikers don't get knocked out by Scott Smith. Even if they are 38.

But yea I agree I won't be surprised if Cung Le knocks out Bisping. Mainly because of how bad Bispings striking defense looked against Tim Kennedy who is not a very good striker. Tim landed big shots on him at will, and if Cung does that he has the power to put Bisping out unlike Tim.

I think Bisping is closer to -220ish in this fight than the -300ish he is right now.

Also dont lump Bispings striking with Rich Franklins or Frank Shamrock, those two are wrestler with very shitty striking and Bisping has a decent technical boxing

When the announcer is reading the scores, "27-30 for Yao," you know something is wrong. There has to be some type of error in reading the results + bad judging going on.

WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH THESE JUDGES???????????????? LITERALLY ROBBING THE FIRST 2 FIGHTERS!!!

Welcome to Macao, Roland Delorme. You have served your purpose in the UFC, and your services are no longer needed. Goodbye.

Added a small hedge to the last leg of my parlay since this card is fucking sketchy. Shinsho Anzai was +200, so it's all good. $43 profit if Mina wins, break even if Anzai wins.

I've been making some nice money betting the underdogs so far. Too bad I didn't bet the Ning Guangyou vs. Yang Jianping match.
