That sounds like a terrible time. I remember having to do something similar on Facebook, but the girl in question and I only had maybe 10 friends in common, and I didn't have to delete them, I guess they just understood it was best to leave me alone, and I just hid their activities. Facebook makes relationship breakups really terrible, as well as a lot of things...
