Not so long ago Tom Dwan has pulled off a great bluff in Triton Cash Game, but recently he seems to be a bit out of shape. In the latest episode he made a decision that cost him a million dollars!

As you may know Triton Poker broadcasts two episodes of NL Holdem and Short Deck games at high stakes weekly. In one of September episodes Tom Dwan lost a pot worth $2,354,000 to Paul Phua. American poker player left the table but came back to play the Short Deck.

This time the hand went 4-handed to the flop. Mikita Badziakouski raised with A8 off. Elton Tsang called with A7 in hearts. Tom Dwan called with KJ in the same suit. Andrew Robl (pictured) decided to join the ride with 98 clubs and the pot grew to $140,400! The flop came KTK. Dwan caught trips and Andrew had a flush draw!

How the rest unfolded? Watch the video below.

Hand starts 30seconds in:

– One more million dollars – said Tom, going for a rebuy.

I like Robl for some reason

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen
