Will Kassouf was supposedly stealing in casino and lost his sponsorship

William Kassouf may be in for some serious trouble. A few people, including Shaun Deeb, claim that well-known poker player was stealing from his friend during a game of roulette.

It all happened in Leeds, where GUKPT stop was taking place. The situation almost ended up in a fight. Shaun Deeb described what Will Kassouf did by using his Twitter account.

“Just got a very interesting message about Will Kassouf getting caught palming $100 chips at roulette table and getting banned from all properties as well as dropped by his sponsorship. Shocked to hear it but we know where his buy-ins were coming from”

American poker player also says that Will received a no entry to all Grosvenor properties and he will no longer represent the company.

The affair is being discussed over at 2+2 forum. Paul Newey, known high stakes amateur said he heard unconfirmed news of Kassouf stealing chips from his friend got to me. They were supposedly playing roulette and as a result the sponsorship deal with Grosvenor Casinos is suspended and the whole thing is to be analyzed.

A post also appeared on Facebooku in which someone, who was apparently taking part in the incident confirms the whole thing as described by Deeb and Newey.


Kassouf's sponsor, Grosvenor Casino, commented on the case on PokerTube saying that indeed there was an incident between two players in their Leeds casino. It went down on Saturday morning and the thing is being analyzed.
