But do you really feel like you need to bet pot on the river to get him to fold? I mean, would he call you if you bet 2/3 on the riverbarrel or sthg like it? Personally, I think he won't but maybe you have some other info.

I think he had like 180 left. If I had bet less on the turn or something, then maybe maybe not. FE is hard to judge, but I think the best way is to bet like a boss than bet smallish, get called and scratch my head and wonder if a bigger bet would've worked.

I didn't pay too much attention to his slightly deeper stack size at first, but even so is it bad? I've been 3betting 3bb opens to 10bbs in this spot.
