can i ever fold after i 4bet this?

I don't think you can fold vs a shortstack after you 4-bet but you can definitely call his min 3 bet. It also depends on what kind of shortstack he is. I actually don't like getting it in like this vs most nitty regs anymore unless there's history, maybe I'm just running bad idk.
