what would he call you with if you bet for value?

i was thinking he might have a slowplayed set on turn but not sure that he would be calling your raise instead of just getting it in. and not sure why if he had a flushdraw he would lead out.

anyway if he's not going to call with worse then it might be better to check behind even if you think you have the best hand. or else bet really small for a really thin value bet or blocking bet.
