i don't play FR online so i'm not too sure, but does this guy even have low pocket pairs in his utg + 1 range?
if not, i'd seriously consider raising to like $30 on turn and jam all rivers and win virtually every time, unless you have a bad image or he just can't fold big pairs postflop to save his life.
the stacks are kiiiiind of awkward right now, but if we were a bit deeper, i'd do it for sure.
