He folds to 3bet 9/10 times and is fairly wide EP+ is annoying to play, so the 3bet should be +ev too although a call is so much better

You are basicly wasting a ton of postflopvalue with this hand, it's not like there are a ton of squeeshers out there on them old .10./.25 tables.
Flat it and play a flop. You wanna 3bet hands that aren't good enough to call but do have some equity when called. (f.e. T7s, 64s, A7o etc) Because u are counting on a fold right? so it doesnt matter if your hand is very good. But JTs is a waste.

After i started poker on nl5 it took me 6 weeks to reach nl100, so ye you are definitly taking some time. improve! don't defend your play, this will hurt your learning process! learn!

I can see how you say a 3bet = auto ev+ because he folds a ton, but do it with cards that have no value.
