no way to avoid this i guess other than going allin preflop ?

At this limit, I don't see anybody folding KK preflop.

When sombody flat calls a re-raise preflop it often indicates a high pocket pair, hes not playing QQ like this so you can narrow him down to JJ or KK here MAYBE a flushdraw or AK but that seems unlikely.
