there is any way to avoid such huge swings? it was like 1/3 of my bankroll swing :[

hm there is the obvious way of playing with smaller portion of ur BR
or another obvious way is to stop after like 3 buyins lost.

or u can make a deep analysis of your play with PT and try to find out, what the big loses were. i am pretty sure you didnt lose 1/4 of your BR only because of bad luck...
at least a half is probably wrong play.

i have such a feeling i didnt tell you anything you wouldnt already know but honestly what kind of answer do you expect?

well most hands were bad luck but then i went on tilt and played few hands bad also i am thinking if i should play less tables i currently play 8tables 4 5nl 4 10 nl

hm it is quite a lot with ur BR in my opinion. i have somewhat bigger BR and still play only 4x NL10.
if u want 8table, i would suggest u playing 8x NL5 but it is impossible, cuz there isnt enough tables for that most of the time :/
