on river you know you got best hand, and your line looks kinda weak, I think he thinks you would bet a Q or AA KK on turn, so why not fire away a pretty big bet on the river, kinda saying do you think I really got it?

yeah if you check turn you can get away with a bigger river bet. people aren't usually gonna believe that this is possibly a bluff. if your opponent is the type who would fold 99 to a large bet, but will call small bets (weird player, but sometimes you find them), then you should vbet around 80 and bluff 110-120 and exploit the fuck out of him.
