front bet the flop first of all.

and given how it played out, id reraise the river to 120. if he had TT JJ or AA, hed be reraising the turn, trying to get some real money into the pot. hes a shortstack, you should DEFINITELY get all in with a set on a nonscary board in a raised pot.
