on the flop i knew he had a pp between A and 3, most possibly 55-99. any other way to play this other than folding the turn/river?

You could reraise on the flop.

Other than that I don't see how I would play it differently. Definitely fold river though.

Still, not THAT unlikely that he has a 2 or a 3, lots of players in PF he might've called with A2s or anything along thos elines.. and there were no draws on the flop, he has no reason to bluff you, don't have you have to give him credit for some kind of a hand?
