I would make this 13.25-17 Pre, why would you 3bet to just 12.5 so deep OOP?

i mean this is the only reason why, hes on 22-88 CJBlack82: folds OTF, and UTG will spaz jam a wider range if you have any lighter hands or if hes a maniac... I'd just go for the PF 3bet call UTG, fold to MP 4bet..
