I don't get this, if he is a solid reg, why would he shove a FH here ?
you have 3rd nuts and 60bb, is this really a spot ? 64o is probably even not in his range so there are 3 combos of 44 and if he somehow decides to shove it, you still have outs.

Call and take a note on him if he has 44. You have him covered (not by much) but still another reason to call. Folding would be playing scared poker imo. He could be jamming 57s to realize his fold equity. If he jams 44 here, does he jam 67s?

it's not like cold calling really puts him in a range that's not 6x+
he probably thinks 6x never folds and any semibluff shuts down anyway
and I'm not saying hero should fold
