I dislike folding for this amount on the river, I probably shouldve just shoved the turn to punish draws/bluffs. The reason I called was because I didnt really think he had any draws or bluffs, he looked like a typical passive type fish who only raises with 2pair+. So is it better to shove anyway because no read is 100%? Could I ever fold here?

you saved yourself 8$, be glad, would play the same except the betsize on the turn which would be 1/2

with the read it seems fine to play like this. agree with sizing down on turn, pretty much specifically for this reason (that when u get raised with ur hand, life will suck, which means a betting range for this sizing will be less balanced and contain fewer good draws, for fear of being pushed off our equity). checking back turn also ok with this SPR. rather gay SPR to navigate imo

I would check turn , since with these stack sizes, villain can c/r turn a lot wider ( for example with any good Ax-) and we will be forced to abandon our equity.

again we re not gonna abandon our equity with those sizes as that would be terrible
and what exactly "wider" will he x/r
