Assuming that villain has no sets on the river and his only legitimate shoving hand that beats us is 7c6c, folding this river looks to be a mistake. Villain can have a bluffing range and a value range ( worse flushes ) that we beat.He can also be raising the nut flushes on the turn some % of the time making it less likely to have a nut flush here. Also all good nut flushes are probably excluded due to pf action. Same as 99/1010 which are also less likely, due to the flop call.

He has 6 combos of better flushes and 4 combos of FHs
Pretty sure we can call

why would he not have a set here..calling makes it less likely? Many people slowplay, and if youre raising bottom set there youre only getting it in with better hands and flips so why would you do that

wtf this is ez call on river
dude prolly had AsJo or something

and pretty sure all lower flushes have a standard value bet here given the action and how much is left... i'd be very happy to get it in. we even block 77 and 76!

its definitely not an easy call
however he should have enough bluffs for us to call

i still think its easy call... a lot of our value is even coming from worse value betting hands, i mean who checks back a flush in villain's spot on the river? even 8x can jam here with how much is left and the action

8x would be a bad jam

Spitfiree   Bulgaria. Oct 15 2015 21:53. Posts 9634

the only flush that we beat and villain has is QJss ... possibly Q8s and J8s but I wouldnt count on it
no one shoves 8x 3way there.. not even a fish

8x is prob not a good shove because no worse hands are calling, but i'd still be very surprised if either the aggressor or hero showed up with a hand better than 8x. and hero did... so color me surprised ;o

its usually bigger bet on these rivers is weaker hands i snap this but i raise turn since im almost always vs a str8 set or lower flush vs this turn bet.

btw u win here like the vast majority of the time, the reason to flat the turn is to induce stuff like this - hence, call.
