apparently he thought i would do exactly what I did. Or just bad I dont know. Good/bad bluff overall? I suppose it would be better if i was in position, if I actually did have a flush I might donk the river instead.

Why not reraise earlier? In that case he will fold after a c-bet, if you continue betting turn he probably drops his flush draw. I'd say fold pf or reraise pf/flop.Do not get the raise on the river either, but that could be me.

overbet hrm..would I overbet if i actually had the A or K flush? I pretty much never overbet but its an area I could/should explore more in depth

He raised pre and 3balled so he can be pretty wide here and J high flush is towards the top of that range obv; he is not folding to a raise nor should he and I disagree with overbet at first glance but I'll think it over
