When you say site, do you mean an actual site that people go to and browse through videos and read other stuff and make comments etc, or you talking about somewhere to host the videos ?

Regarding just hosting, I would check out dropbox. Its pretty awesome.

If you need a website, you better expect to pay a lot more than you are probably expecting now.

If you just need hosting, I'll do it for free. Lots of people will do it for free.

I have a unlimited hosting package, ill develop your site for $20/hr.. my portfolio is located at www.steinbacherdesign.com i can build anything you want for a site. PM me or something if your interested.
